The National Lottery Funds "Stay Active, Feel Good

 This month has been amazing so far. As the days are getting brighter and the daffodils are blooming, we received some incredible news that brought even more sunshine to our days! We were thrilled to learn via email that The National Lottery has awarded funding to our "Stay Active, Feel Good" project! Everyone was filled with happiness and enthusiasm that we are able to run our"Stay Active, Feel Good"project in our local care homes.

Our passion for chair-based exercises and social interaction with the elderly has always been very close to our hearts. We have seen how these excercises have helped the residents and staff at the Care Homes. And now, thanks to this funding, we can make sure we have all the resources needed to run a truly impactful program.

Our hope is that this story inspires others. Our passion and hard work to achive our dream of helping people stay healthy and socially connected, and even though we started with our own resources, this funding makes a world of difference
